Terms of Service

1. Who we are

IN65 is operated by Opsian Technologies Pte. Ltd. (“Opsian”, “we”, “us”), a private company limited by shares incorporated in Singapore. References to “the Service” mean the IN65 platform accessed via omnix-opsian.com and its subdomains.

2. Your agreement

By creating an account, signing in, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you’re using IN65 on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

3. Accounts and workspaces

• IN65 is multi-tenant. Each workspace (a “Tenant”) is an isolated environment for one organization.
• Workspaces are provisioned by Opsian only after an approval review of the application submitted at /request-access. We reserve the right to decline or revoke a workspace at our discretion.
• You’re responsible for the actions of every user you invite into your Tenant, including their compliance with these Terms.
• Keep your credentials confidential. Notify us immediately if you suspect a compromise.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or infringing activity, or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.
• Upload material you don’t have the right to upload (including copyrighted designs, photographs, or CAD files).
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Attempt to bypass tenant isolation, rate limits, or access controls.
• Use the Service to compete with us by building a competing service from data we’ve made available to you.

5. Your content

You retain all rights to the data, files, and content you upload (“Customer Content”). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, and display your Customer Content solely to provide and improve the Service for you. We don’t use your Customer Content to train models shared with other tenants. Where your Customer Content includes personal data, our processing of it on your behalf is governed by our Data Processing Agreement, in which you act as data controller and IN65 as your processor.

6. Fees and payment

Fees are agreed in your statement of work or order form. Card payments are processed by Stripe; the payment processor’s terms apply to the transaction itself, in addition to ours.

7. Third-party services

IN65 integrates with third-party services including Stripe, LINE Login, LINE Messaging, Resend, Sentry, and PostHog. Use of those services through IN65 is subject to each provider’s own terms. See our Privacy Policy for a full list.

8. Beta features

Some features may be labeled “beta”, “preview”, or “Phase 2”. Those features are provided as-is and may change or be removed without notice. They’re excluded from any service commitments we make on stable features.

9. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time by deactivating your accounts. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if continued provision becomes commercially impractical. We’ll give reasonable notice except where doing so would cause material harm.

10. Disclaimer + limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the Service or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Singapore.
